So, my lovelies, like many of you, I've been feeling the after effects of the Holidays and made my resolutions to step up my already pretty rigorous fitness regime in order to drop a few pounds and truly tone up (i.e. lose that annoying inch around my hips that refuses to disappear no matter what I do.)More diet woes here...

January 6, marked the beginning of a new world (the parenting world) for the recently wed couple who welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Flynn, into their beyond gorgeous family. Baby Flynn weighed in at a whopping 9 pounds, 12 ounces and if the photo above is any indication of the couple's happiness, one can see that mother and son are both completely smitten with each other. Miranda commented on her Kora Organics website that she delivered Flynn naturally and without pain medication. "It was a long, arduous and difficult labor, but Orlando was with me the whole time supporting and guiding me through it." All I can say is well done Kerr on both both a beautiful new son and loving husband. Congratulations to you all!
